TUPPERWARES VS PLASTIC WARES - Why You Should Buy TUPPERWARE !

The recent hubbub over plastic containers leaching chemicals into food and drinks has cast a pall over all kinds of plastics that come into contact with what we ingest, whether deserved or not. Some conscientious consumers are forsaking all plastics entirely out of health concerns. But while it is true that exposure to certain chemicals found in some plastics has been linked to various human health problems (especially certain types of cancer and reproductive disorders), only a small percentage of plastics contain them.

According to The Green Guide, a website and magazine devoted to greener living and owned by the National Geographic Society, the SAFEST plastics for repeated use in storing food are:
· High-density polyethylene (HDPE, or plastic #2),
· low-density polyethylene (LDPE, or plastic #4) and
· polypropylene (PP, or plastic #5).

Avoid :
· polycarbonate (plastic #7),

NOTE:
BPA chemical DOES and ONLY exist in plastic #7, where it allows higher heat and increase durability. It is only UNSAFE when heated at higher microwave power, where Tupperware explicitly states that their products are 100% safe when used for REHEATING at 50-70% power only! Thus, exist in Tupperware’s line of:
· Rock 'N Serve microwave line,
· the Meals-in-Minutes Microsteamer and
· the "Elegant" Serving Line

This disclosure is due to the Corporate Social Responsibility held strongly by us. Though we are selling Tupperware, we definitely put health and safety in the front line. Again, take note that other Tupperware goods are of approved and good quality plastics and definitely safe for re-use. We definitely encourage a quality life by using good quality products and avoid cheap plastics obtained from marts without any quality control.

DO NOT RECYCLE PLASTIC CONTAINERS OBTAINED FROM MARTS.
QUALITY LIFE, QUALITY LIVING FOR THE FUTURE.
