Please take a moment to go through below; our business process and policies. By buying from us, buyer is bound to have understood and accepted our business process and policies.

PAYMENT METHODS

• Total payment have to be completed before delivery.


• Payment to be made within 5 days after we sent you the invoice.

• Local *Malaysian* Buyers : Bank Deposits via Maybank / Public Bank / HSBC / CIMB

• Singapore Buyers : POSB / Paypal


• International Buyers : Paypal

SHIPPING & HANDLING

• ITEM WILL BE SENT OUT WITHIN 5 WORKING DAYS AFTER THE PAYMENT IS RECEIVED OR CLEARED.


• Buyers please email or contact me for the shipping costs.


• Buyers to pay the shipping & handling costs *+insurance charges if desired*.


• REMINDER: Insurance is at option of buyer and buyer is responsible for all uninsured items.


• Postage discount are available for multiple purchases. *Please kindly contact me and I will advise on combined shipping charges.*


• All items will be shipped using POS MALAYSIA courier service. Any items that are lost or damages on transit are beyond my responsibility.


• NOTE: Cash on Delivery (COD) is arrangable (for local buyers only) at the convenience of BOTH buyer and seller.
  

RETURN POLICY

We want you to be delighted with every item you purchase. Therefore, refund will only be given if the item is not as described in the description.

To make a return :-

• Please email to notify us within 3 days of receipt and return the items purchased within 14 days of delivery.


• Kindly ensure that items returned are in good condition (item is new and in its original packaging by the manufacturer).

Returned items are refunded :-

• At the original purchase price (not including S&H charges) in the original method of payment.


• All cost for return shipping shall be fully borne by the buyers.


• NOTE: Shipping & Handling fees are not refundable.
